"I went for a M/L and I usually run at approx a size 12 around the waist. I've found that this belt is amazing for accomodating bloating - I've tried similar styles before that didn't sit half as comfortably as this one does. I've worn it for 12+ hours (walking/eating/driving etc. ) at a time with no discomfort, and the multiple holes in the back allows for adjustments as and when needed."

"The belt itself is stunning, but I recommend sizing up. I ordered both a M/L and a L/XL (I'm usually a 16-18 at disturbia) and the M/L was so tight I could only just fasten it but the L/XL was so big that I could fasten it on the very last hole and it was still loose on me. I like the design so I'm keeping it, but I'll have to punch some extra holes in"

"I love the look of this belt, so much! However I read reviews about how the L/XL was so big, and got the S/M. I'm a size 8 in jeans, for reference. But it only just buckled on the last hole, so I returned it and exchanged it for the next size up, the L/XL. Boy, that one is huge! My husband had to put new holes in it and I ended up with quite a bit of excess that I have to secure to make it work. It really is a fabulous belt, it just needs an in between size! I would call the L/XL XL/XXL and come up with a true medium."
"I’m so excited to add this belt to so many of my outfits! I tried it on to make sure of the fit over my PJs and instantly felt so cool I was grinning. I love the little bit of support it gives my back too. Make sure to measure carefully! I accidentally went a little small (the exchange process was so painless though, thankfully) and would recommend adding a few inches to your tape waist measurement before choosing a size from the chart."
"All around, this is such a great belt. It almost gives faux-corset vibes because of its structure. I love how it cinches everything in and makes my silhouette look V-shaped. It’s so fun to wear with dresses and oversized T-shirts. For sizing reference, I’m usually a UK 8 in corsets and wear the middle button on the size small."
"The belt is beautiful and great quality, and I'm excited to make outfits around it. I'm 5ft 5in, 180 pounds, and a 37 in waist, so I got the L/XL since I was on the lower end of that size range and figured I could always punch holes for a tighter fit. This fits so largely on me. I will need to punch holes a few inches further that the smallest hole already there. I probably could've sized down. Might see if I can exchange it."
