Disturbia's trouser sizing is all over the place. According to their size chart I would be a size US6 (28in waist) but I usually wear a size 4 so that's what I ordered. The size 4 was way too big. u really never know if how it's gonna fit. It also says the model is wearing a size 4 even though she is definitely smaller than me. They must have it pinned up in the back to make it look good. They do come up baggier that the picture but I already knew that from previous reviews and I sized up because I have huge thighs and didn't want them to be too tight.

They are very comfy but I think you have to be curvy in the right places for the fit to look good. I'm a size 8 and ordered size 8 based on reviews. They fit perfectly around the waist, but the legs are massive. I think I'm going to run the inside of a leg narrower on a sewing machine. Should be an easy fix.
