same color families, so all around good. The fabric as others have said is super soft. It's like butter on the skin with the slip dress it comes with. The mesh is soft too, but it's mesh so. . . The thorns are velvet and well distributed as shown in the pictures. Overall great quality! I handwashed mine per the directions and while a little color came out, it was nothing unusual. But I do recommend to handwash given it's all mesh. Since it's nylon it does trap odors, so just be mindful to let it air out after use, and you might also consider rinsing the armpits to help. Mine had odor after one wear, but I did walk a lot in it and have a coat on over it that was in need of washing (so, my fault, really!). It's overall a great dress. So comfy, I wore it all night after dinner just watching tv on the couch :D
