Nice lightweight skirt for summertime or could be layered with tights for colder weather, and the best thing about it is the pockets!!

It's light. It's good quality. I can wear it as high or low as I want because the waist and is sturdy. I'm a 31 waist and 40 hips and the US 8 is perfect. The embroidery is cute and the pockets are super functional!
